Synthesis of 2D Porous Crystalline Materials in Simulated Microgravity

To date, crystallization studies conducted in space laboratories, which are prohibitively costly and unsuitable to most research have shown the valuable effects of microgravity during crystal growth morphogenesis. Herein, an easy highly efficient method is achieve space-like experimentation conditions on Earth employing custom-made microfluidic devices fabricate 2D porous crystalline molecular frameworks. It confirmed that under these simulated has unprecedented orientation, compactness crack-free generation frameworks as well their integration believed this work will provide a new “playground” chemists, physicists, materials scientists desire process functional devices.
